For gyms and organisations

Show clients the trainers who work with you

Gyms, studios and other fitness organisations can join PersonalTrainers.co.uk, create an organisation profile and link the personal trainers who work from their premises.

What you get

Your organisation, on the directory

Give clients searching for a personal trainer a clear picture of your organisation, your locations and the trainers who work there. See our example page for Tom’s Gym.

Organisation profile

Your name, logo, website and a bio telling clients what makes your organisation different.

Your branches

List each of your locations with its address and opening hours.

Your trainers

Trainers who accept your invitation appear at the branch they work from.

Linked trainer profiles

Linked trainers show the branch they work from on their own profiles, so clients can see where they train.

How it works

Four steps to link your team

  1. Register your organisation

Create your organisation account and fill in your profile.

  2. Add your branches

Add each location your trainers work from, with its address and opening hours.

  3. Invite your trainers

Send an invitation to each personal trainer who works from your premises.

  4. Trainer accepts

The trainer reviews your invitation and accepts it. Only then are they linked to your branch.

Invitations

You invite. Trainers accept.

Every link between an organisation and a trainer is confirmed by both sides, so trainers stay in control of where their profile appears.

For organisations

Invite the trainers who work with you

Build out your branches by inviting the personal trainers who work from your premises.

  • Invite trainers to the branch they work from
  • Accepted trainers appear on your organisation page
  • Show clients the team behind your organisation

For trainers

Nothing is linked until you accept

When an organisation invites you, you decide whether to accept.

  • Accept invitations from organisations you work with
  • Your profile shows the branch you work from
  • You keep your own profile, offers and clients

Good to know

What a link means

When a trainer accepts an invitation, the organisation and the trainer are both confirming that the trainer works from the organisation’s premises. It helps clients find trainers at a gym or studio they already know.

FAQs

Questions from organisations

Who can register as an organisation?

Gyms, studios, leisure centres and other fitness organisations whose personal trainers work from their premises.

Can I add more than one location?

Yes. You can add each of your branches, with its own address and opening hours.

How do I add trainers?

Invite each trainer who works from your premises. They’ll need a PersonalTrainers.co.uk trainer profile, and they must accept your invitation before they’re linked to your branch.

What if a trainer doesn't accept?

They won’t be linked to your organisation. A trainer only appears at your branch once they’ve accepted your invitation.

Does linking a trainer change their profile?

Their profile shows the branch they work from. Everything else on their profile, including their offers and clients, stays theirs.

Is there anything to buy?

No. There’s nothing for organisations to purchase. Register your organisation, add your branches and invite your trainers.

What does an organisation page look like?

Take a look at our example page for Tom’s Gym to see an organisation profile, its branches and linked trainers.
